The Move Ons

I've just spent half an hour writing a blog post and then in one fluid movement deleted it.
That's the only problem with modern technology, when you involve a person is invariably when it goes wrong.

I'd like to think the blog post was one of the wittier things i've ever written, but I guess no one will ever know.

So in lieu of me trying to remember exactly how it went and then painstakingly piece it back together here is an image from a shoot I did recently featuring one half of the extremely talented band The Move Ons.

If you haven't heard their music I would direct you to follow this link and enjoy.

Buffalo Huddleston

During my first visit to Guernsey I had the pleasure of meeting Mike aka Buffalo Huddleston who was sharing a house with my friend Andy at the time. Everyone kept telling me how good he was at playing the guitar but it wasn't until a few years later that I finally heard him play. As you can see by the video below he is a very talented musician, so if you like what you see please share this video or at the very least click the like button on youtube.

Check out his sound cloud page here

Thanks for listening

Songs for Seagulls

A few weeks back I shot Alistair Goodwin and his band recording a set of live sessions in an old priory. The band are releasing a set of live acoustic albums over the next few weeks and using my work for all of the album covers. They are a very talented group and great company which always made for a relaxed session that I hope comes across in the work.

Album number 3 has just been released, so head on over to their Bandcamp page and take a listen.

Also be sure to like them on Facebook here
